Some meeting rooms have numbers. Ours have names. Oak, Pagoda, Chestnut, Birch, Walnut—each inspired by the remarkable trees of the nearby Botanical Garden, listed as part of our environmental heritage. Here, work and nature meet: your projects take root in spaces that echo the strength, elegance, and wisdom of the trees themselves.
In Oak, ideas grow strong and steady. Pagoda opens doors to creativity and new perspectives. Chestnut invites collaboration, generous and abundant. Birch brings light and renewal, perfect for fresh starts. And in Walnut, depth and reflection guide strategic thinking. Each room offers not just a table and chairs, but an atmosphere shaped by nature’s character.
This connection to the garden makes every meeting feel different. Just a few steps outside, centuries-old trees stretch toward the sky. Inside, our 18 rooms carry the same spirit, blending heritage and modernity, reminding us that like the trees, great ideas need the right environment to grow.
And while each space is rooted in symbolism, they are also fully equipped for your needs: 18 flexible rooms, from intimate settings for 10 guests to a hall for 700 participants, with Wi-Fi, screens, sound systems, and natural light. Whether for a workshop, a seminar, or a large conference, your event finds room to breathe here.
With a capacity of up to 700 guests in theatre style, the Sycamore ballroom is one of our most impressive spaces. Direct outdoor access and a striking Swarovski chandelier from 1960 make it a unique venue for large-scale conferences, galas, or special celebrations.
Capacity: up to 700 guests
Area: up to 630 sqm
Featuring original parquet floors with delicate floral motifs, the Walnut room is perfect for elegant receptions and cocktail events. This suite of three adjoining spaces can be booked together or individually, offering full flexibility to match your needs.
Capacity: up to 50 guests
Area: up to 103 sqm

Among them, Pagoda stands out as one of our largest and most versatile rooms. With its own foyer and dedicated amenities, it offers the perfect setting for more private events—spacious yet secluded, a place where your guests can connect away from the noise of the outside world.
And Pagoda is only one example. Alongside Oak, Buckeye, and many more, our collection of meeting rooms continues to grow. In just a few weeks, new spaces will open their doors, designed to meet even more of your needs—whether for a small team gathering, a creative workshop, or a large-scale event. The story of our rooms is still being written, and we’re excited to welcome you into the next chapter.
